The story - Primary and Secondary
This story takes place with friends and family in our basement having a great night, then, all of a sudden, my sister-in-law calls me Secondary. I say, “no way”, I’m Primary and you are Secondary; the discussion starts. My sister-in-law thinks that family comes first, and I think your spouse comes first. After a few more drinks and a lot of discussion, its unanimous, spouses are Primary, and your sisters /brothers are Secondary. You must make your spouse Primary to ensure a long-lasting relationship of trust and support. You must be on the same page or at least act like it until you can find some time to discuss. You can’t allow kids, friends, or family to divide you and your partner on any topic, and you will be stronger and healthier.
